What Is Rhodiola?
Rhodiola rosea goes by many names, including arctic root, roseroot, King’s Crown and golden root. Regardless of what you call it, rhodiola is an increasingly popular adaptogen that has been used for centuries in traditional Chinese and Greek medicine to support your body’s response to stress.
By definition, adaptogens are thought to help your body adapt to stress. Since rhodiola is an adaptogen, it is thought to have these effects as well as provide an energy boost. It can also support a positive mood and healthy weight management.
This herb can help balance stress hormones when the body and nervous system enters a “fight or flight” mode when dealing with everyday stressors. Keeping these hormones balanced can improve your overall health in several ways, making rhodiola a helpful addition to your daily diet.

Rhodiola is conveniently available in a variety of forms, including capsules and liquid. This means you can conveniently add it to your diet no matter your lifestyle.
