Spice Up Boring Salads With These Salad Dressings

Spice up boring salads with these healthy and delicious salad dressings, featuring ingredients from our favorite superfoods brand, BareOrganics!

Avocado Chipotle Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped

1 large avocado, pureed

4 tbsp. lime juice

½ tsp. BareOrganics Cayenne Powder

1 tsp. BareOrganics Marine Super Greens Powder

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 chipotle pepper soaked in adobo, pureed

Directions:

  1. Puree the avocado and chipotle pepper in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture and all remaining ingredients into a medium sized bowl.
  3. Whisk until well combined, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Drizzle over your favorite salads. Store any leftovers in the fridge.

Servings: 2-3

 

Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

1 tsp. BareOrganics Spinach Powder

2 tbsp. fresh sage, chopped

½ large avocado, pureed

2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tbsp. basil, chopped

½ cup Greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. Puree the avocado in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to a medium sized bowl, including the avocado.
  3. Whisk until well combined, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Drizzle over your favorite salads and store any leftovers in the fridge.

Servings: 2-3

 

Keep It Green Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

¼ cup apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp. lemon juice

2 tsp. BareOrganics Barley Grass Powder

1 tsp. tahini

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Serve with salads or as a dip.
  2. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Servings: 1-3

 

Turmeric Almond Dressing

Ingredients:

2 tsp. BareOrganics Turmeric Root Powder

1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped

1 garlic clove, roughly chopped

¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

3 tbsp. natural almond butter

1 tbsp. agave nectar

¼ tsp. fresh black pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients with 3 tbsp. water in a blender and purée until smooth, about 3 minutes.
  2. Taste and adjust pepper or lemon juice, if desired.

Servings: 6
