Banana Blueberry Kefir Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 large banana, peeled and frozen

2 cup frozen blueberries

1 cup whole milk kefir or coconut kefir

½ tbsp. PROBIOGEN Mega Smoothie Booster

¼ cup old fashioned oats

2 tbsp. your favorite natural nut butter

1 tbsp. agave nectar

1 tbsp. hemp seeds

1 tbsp. flax seed

½ tsp. cinnamon

Toppings: crushed nuts, granola, goji berries, sliced banana, chia seeds, almond or cashew butter, dark chocolate, toasted coconut

Directions:

  1. Place the frozen banana, blueberries, kefir, Mega Smoothie Booster, oats, nut butter, agave nectar, hemp seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon into a high-powered blender. Blend on high 3-5 minutes, scraping down the sides if needed, until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a few ice cubes to maintain frozen consistency.
  2. Divide between two bowls and top with your choice of toppings!

Vegan Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 cup sprouted Spelt flour

½ tbsp. PROBIOGEN Mega Smoothie Booster

1 ½ tbsp. baking powder

¼ tsp. salt

1 tbsp. agave nectar

1 cup almond milk

1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted

1 flax egg (1 tbsp. ground flax seed mixed in 3 tbsp. water)

2 handfuls of blueberries

extra coconut oil to grease the pan

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour, Mega Smoothie Booster, baking powder, salt and agave nectar in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the almond milk, coconut oil and flax egg together.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and gently mix just until combined. Do not overmix!
  4. Next gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Heat some coconut oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
  7. Pour a scoop of the batter into the pan letting cook for 2-3 minutes or until little bubbles start to form.
  8. Flip and cook for 1 minute on the other side.
  9. Repeat until all the pancakes are made.

Blueberry Lavender Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

¾ cup blueberries

¼ cup chia seeds

1 tsp. dried lavender

1 can unsweetened coconut milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 capsules of Probiogen Daily Digestive Blend

Directions:

  1. Blend blueberries and coconut milk in a blender or combine blueberries and coconut milk in a bowl and smash with a fork.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remove from fridge and enjoy!
