Zucchini Noodles: Spiralling zucchini into noodles makes an excellent alternative to traditional pasta and spaghetti for those looking for a low-carb alternative. Plus, zucchini is high in vitamin C and tastes great with marinara sauce.
Spaghetti Squash: Spaghetti squash lives up to its name. Baking this delicious yellow vegetable leads to noodle-like insides that can act as a veggie substitute for traditional spaghetti noodles.
