    The Best Cardio Workout To Burn Excess Fat

    HIIT-CardioHigh-intensity interval training (HIIT) is one of the most effective workouts to get rid of excess body fat fast while improving cardiovascular health. HIIT combines periods of high-intensity training (such as a sprint or an uphill run) with recovery periods of low-intensity training (like a light jog or walk). The combination of difficult training mixed with recovery periods prevents the body from adapting to the workout and causes the body to burn calories even after you’ve finished HIIT.

    Minute 21 – 22: Recovery walk
    Minute 22 – 27: Jog, easy
    Minute 27 – 28: Sprint, fast as possible
